Booking a tour with us is easy! You can book directly through our website by selecting your preferred tour and following the booking process. Alternatively, you can contact us via email or phone, and our team will assist you with your booking.

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, bank transfers, and cash for in-person bookings at our office in Marrakech. A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your tour date.

We understand that plans can change. For cancellations made 45+ days before your tour, you'll receive a full refund minus a small administration fee. Cancellations 44-30 days before will receive a 75% refund, and 29-15 days before will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than 15 days before your tour date.

Visa requirements depend on your nationality. Travelers from many countries including the US, Canada, EU, UK, Australia, and New Zealand can visit Morocco for up to 90 days without a visa. We recommend checking with your local Moroccan embassy or consulate for the most up-to-date information.
